Intelligent security electrical fire monitoring system: Also called ACS for short, is an industrial software and hardware system based on fire monitoring detector and industrial tablet PC. It refers to a system that can send out alarm signal, control signal and indicate the alarm position when the detected parameter in the protected line exceeds the alarm set value. It is composed of electrical fire monitoring equipment (it is able to receive the signal from the electrical fire and the alarm signal of the disaster monitoring detector, the device that sends out the sound and light alarm signal and control signal, indicates the alarm position, records and saves the alarm information, and the electrical fire monitoring detector (the detector that detects the residual current, temperature and other electrical fire hazard parameters defense in the protected line).
Application Overview
Working principle of electrical fire monitoring system:
In case of electrical fault, the electrical fire monitoring detector transforms the residual current, temperature, fault arc and other electrical fault parameter information in the protection circuit into electrical signal. After data processing, the detector makes alarm judgment and transmits the alarm information to the electrical fire monitor. After receiving the alarm information of the detector, the electrical fire monitor will display the position information of the electrical fault alarm detector, record the alarm time of the detector, drive the acousto-optic alarm device installed on the site of the protection area, send out the acousto-optic alarm, and warn the users to take corresponding measures to eliminate the electrical fault, eliminate the potential electrical fire and prevent the electrical fire.
Applicable places of electrical fire monitoring system:
The electrical fire monitoring system is suitable for the detection of electrical faults in the places with electrical fire risk, especially in the important places where the power supply can not be interrupted, such as substations, petroleum and petrochemical, metallurgy, etc. under the condition of generating certain electrical fire hazards, it will send out alarm signals to remind the professionals to remove the electrical fire hazards, realize the early prevention of electrical fire, and avoid the occurrence of electrical fire.
Functions of electrical fire monitoring system:
According to GB14287-2005 Electrical Fire Monitoring System: Electrical Fire Monitoring Equipment, the electrical fire monitoring system shall have the following functions.
General requirements:
1) The main power supply of the monitoring equipment shall be 220V, 50Hz AC power supply, and the input end of the power line shall be equipped with terminal blocks.
2) Monitoring equipment shall be equipped with protective grounding terminal.
3) The monitoring equipment shall have Chinese function mark and information display.
Monitoring alarm function:
1) The monitoring equipment shall be able to receive the monitoring alarm signal from the detector, send out the acoustic and optical alarm signal within 30 seconds, indicate the alarm position, record the alarm time, and keep it until the manual reset.
2) The alarm sound signal shall be eliminated manually. When there is another alarm signal input, it shall be able to start again.
Control output function:
1) The monitoring equipment shall be used to control the control output of the protected line in the alarm state, and the capacity, quantity and parameters of its output contacts shall be described in the relevant technical documents.
2) Monitoring equipment can be set with control output for power on and power off of electrical equipment. Each control output shall have corresponding manual direct control button (key).
4) The same control output contact shall not be used to control the internal and external circuits of the alarm monitoring equipment at the same time.
Fault alarm function:
1) In case of the following faults of the monitoring equipment, it shall be able to send out the acousto-optic fault signal which is obviously different from the monitoring alarm signal within 100 seconds:
① The connecting line between monitoring equipment and detector is open circuit and short circuit;
② The main power supply of monitoring equipment is under voltage;
③ Open circuit and short circuit of the connecting line between the charger charging the standby power supply and the standby power supply;
④ Open circuit and short circuit of the connecting line between the standby power supply and its load.
Among them, the position shall be indicated for type ① fault, and the type shall be indicated for type ②, ③ and ④ fault.
2) The fault acoustic signal shall be able to be eliminated manually, and it shall be able to restart when there is another fault signal input; the fault optical signal shall be kept until the fault is eliminated.
3) During the fault period, the normal operation of the non-fault circuit shall not be affected.
Self check function:
1) The monitoring equipment shall be able to check the function of the machine. During the self inspection of the monitoring equipment, the controlled external equipment and the output contact shall not give response. When the self-test time of the monitoring equipment exceeds 1min or it cannot automatically stop the self-test function, the self-test of the monitoring equipment shall not affect the alarm function of the non self test parts.
2) The monitoring equipment shall be able to manually check the functions of all indicator lights and displays on its panel.
Power function:
1) The monitoring equipment shall be equipped with main and standby power conversion devices. When the main power supply is cut off, it can automatically switch to the standby power supply; when the main power supply is restored, it can automatically switch to the main power supply; the working state of the main power supply and the standby power supply shall be indicated, and the main power supply shall be provided with overcurrent protection measures. The conversion of main and standby power supply shall not cause the monitoring equipment to send alarm signals. The capacity of the main power supply shall ensure that the monitoring equipment can work continuously for 4 hours under the following load conditions;
① When the capacity of the monitoring equipment does not exceed 10 circuits (hereinafter referred to as the circuit) that constitute the separate circuit, all circuits are in alarm state;
② When the capacity of monitoring equipment exceeds 10 circuits, 20% of the circuits (no less than 10 circuits and no more than 30 circuits) are in alarm state.
2) When the power supply voltage of monitoring equipment changes within 85% ~ 110% of rated voltage (220V), it shall be able to work normally.
Operation level:
The monitoring equipment shall be set with at least two levels of operation level, and only the acoustic alarm signal and inquiry information can be eliminated. The key and operation password shall be used to enter the operation level above level 2. The key or password used to enter the high operation level can be used to enter the low level operation level, but the key or password used to enter the low level operation cannot be used to enter the high operation level.
