1. We guarantee that all our items are "as stated" in their descriptions. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every sale we complete.

2. Our products are directly manufactured from our own factory, there are no intermediate traders, and no high markup, so we can offer highly reliable and affordable products for every client.

3. For any problems with our products and services, please contact us in time. We will respond to you within 24 hours.



Warranty Policy


1. All products have a three-year warranty (one year for free, and the last two years will charge some maintenance fees) on the basis of non- artificially damage.


2. If there are some problems with the goods, the buyer needs to provide related documents (Photos, video, etc). Please contact Jawest before you disassemble industrial monitors, panel PCs, industrial motherboards, industrial mini PCs, etc. Please keep in mind that we won't be responsible for the quality of the goods if you disassemble any goods without our permission.


We will not offer free maintenance under the following conditions.


1. Products or parts have exceeded the warranty period.


2. Failure or damage caused by incorrect or improper use, maintenance, or storage, such as improper transportation; use other than the product's reasonably intended purpose; improper plugging and unplugging of external devices; falling or collision and squeezing with inappropriate external force.


3. Products or parts are exposed to unsuitable temperature, solvent, acid-base, water, or moist environment.


4. Products or parts (such as shells, LCD/LED screens, interfaces, components, circuits, etc.) are broken, corroded, damaged, etc. caused by insects and mouse's bite or any other things inserted.


5. Failure or damage caused by unauthorized agencies or personnel's installation, repair, alteration, addition, or disassembly.


6. No valid sales invoice or warranty card, except as otherwise provided in this document.


7. Failure or damage caused by the use of illegally authorized, non-standard, or non-publicly released software.


8. Failure or damage caused by force majeure or accidents.


Handling the product malfunction should follow the principle of "solving problems". If possible, we may try to solve the problems of failure via the Internet, telephone, or other remote connections. If some problems can be solved by installing the specified updated software or replacing the hardware by yourself, we will offer a guide for you on how to obtain, install, or replace it.
