1.Touch Deviation

Solution:
After installing the driver, when correcting the position, did you touch the center of the bullseye vertically, and then re-correct the position.

This phenomenon may be caused by the accumulation of a large amount of dust or scale on the sound wave reflection stripes on the periphery of the surface acoustic wave touch screen, which affects the transmission of the sound wave signal.
Solution:
Clean the touch screen, pay attention to clean the sound wave reflection stripes on the four sides of the touch screen, and disconnect the power supply of the touch screen control card when cleaning.

2. No Response from the Industrial Touch Display
When the screen is touched, there is no movement of the mouse arrow and no position change occurs. The reasons for this phenomenon are as follows:
(1) The industrial touch screen fails;
(2) The serial port of the industrial host is malfunctioning;
(3) The industrial touch screen control card fails;
(4) The signal line of the industrial touch screen is faulty;
(5) Incorrect installation of industrial touch screen driver;

Solution:
(1) Observe the signal indicator of the industrial touch screen. Under normal circumstances, the light flickers regularly, about once per second. When the screen is touched, the signal light is always on. After the touch is stopped, the signal light resumes flashing.
(2) If the signal light is still on when it is not touched, first check whether the industrial touch screen needs to be cleaned; secondly, check whether the serial port number connected to the hardware matches the serial port number set by the software, and whether the serial port of the industrial host is normal Work.
(3) When performing secondary calibration after installing the driver, pay attention to the detailed content of the system error. "No control card found", "Touch screen not connected", etc., check the corresponding parts according to the prompts. For example, whether the signal wire of the industrial touch screen is firmly connected to the control card, and whether the keyboard and wires are all connected to the industrial host, etc.
