3. Too much data and low CPU efficiency

 

When the industrial panel PC processes too many field signals transmitted by PLC, the CPU efficiency of the panel PC is low and the memory is small, so it is unable to identify and process so many signals at the same time, which makes these signals "crash", resulting in the "crash" of the industrial panel PC.

 

Tips: due to the limitation of the memory module slot on the main board of an industrial panel PC, usually the memory is only expanded to 64M. The main solution is to reduce the frequency of industrial tablet computers' processing and identify field signals to avoid signal "crashes".

 

Let's take the industrial panel PC used on industrial sites as an example: when the industrial panel PC is connected to the field signal through PLC, set the signal sampling period to more than 2S, and set more than 10S for analog signals with little change, such as temperature. 4. CPU's fan and the host power supply's fan are damaged
