Assembly of Industrial Monitor Module Should compliance with anti-static level strictly
The control and drive circuit in the industrial monitor module is a low-voltage, micro-power CMOS circuit,
which is easily broken by static electricity. It is an irreparable damage for such electrostatic breakdown. So
it cannot be careless while assemblying industrial monitors. Here are few points as suggestions:
1. Do not arbitrarily touch the external leads, circuits and ICs on the circuit board.
2. The soldering iron used for soldering must be well grounded and no leakage.
3. If the user must touch it directly, human body and the module should be well-grounded, or using the
hand touch the metal frame of the console to discharge.
