    Firstly, the stability of the whole industrial monitor  (including service time, anti-interference, etc.)

When industrial monitor applied in a closed-circuit monitoring system, it usually needs to work for long time, and some industrial monitors may work in harsh environment, which requires higher reliability and stability of the monitor. Compared with domestic television, the industrial monitor's current, power consumption, temperature and resistance to electrical interference, electric shock capability and margin, and average trouble-free operation time are much larger than ordinary TV monitor. At the same time, industrial monitor also need equip with the fully shielded metal case ensures electromagnetic compatibility and interference performance. In the selection of components, the components used in the industrial monitor have  higher requirements than ordinal TV display in terms of voltage, current, temperature, humidity and other characteristics. And for the Installation methonds, commissioning, especially the process requirements of components and the aging of the whole industrial monitor, the aging of the industrial monitor requires aging for more than 24 hours in closed high temperature and high humidity environment to ensure the stability of the whole industrial monitor.

Industrial liquid crystal display has the function of direct visually reflecting of image quality, with the full 1920*1080 resolution for the selection of display devices in the field of broadcast TV. The liquid crystal display is the preferred display for monitor. The professional display resolution is automatically adjusted according to the display output. The high reliability and high-definition display capability will ensure that you can show the recorded high-definition audio and video and video signals for the viewer.

On the contrary, the ordinary display only supports the common resolutions of several TVs specified as in the manual. Because the resolution of the civilian display is only a few types, LCD only needs to perform the effect processing according to the commonly resolutions used by the civilian.

If the resolution is mainly determined by the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the video channel, the degree of reduction is mainly determined by the chrominance signals of the three primary colors of red (R), green (G), and blue (B) and the phase of the luminance signal. Therefore, the viewing channel of the professional display should have accurate compensation in brightness, chromaticity processing, and R, G, and B processing, to ensure the phase of the bright/color signals and the R, G, and B signals are synchronous.

On the contrary, the ordinary display is required to be displayed after being processed by the touch-up process due to the requirements of the using environment. The actual effect cannot be completely reflected.

Fourthly, materials of industrial monitor

Due to the requirements of the using environment, the material of the industrial LCD display is normally made of metal. And the internal board and wires is industrialized design, not easy to aging; It obeys the guide of energy saving and environmental protection: low energy consumption design; And the use of environmentally friendly materials. Perfect appearance design, easy to splice and install and other industrial needs.

On the contrary, the common display are made of non-metallic materials. The internal plate line is designed for civilian use, and it is easy to cause the parts aging due to long-time start-up.

    Fivethly, the port

Industrial LCD monitors usually adopts industrial ports, such as RGB BNC's colour aberration with self-locking mechanism interface and professional DVI-D video interface;

Conversely, ordinary LCDs do not have a BNC self-locking colour aberration inputting interface and a DVI-D interface;

    Sixthly, the control interface

The industrial liquid crystal display can be controlled by S232 serial port, and the open control password is more than 200, which is suitable for various industrial environments. When it is convenient to use for multiple monitors, it can control all display devices without using the remote control, and can assist various industrial requirements such as timing start, delay start, machine self-test and so on.

On the contrary, ordinary LCD can also be controlled by S232 serial port. However, only the control commands provided by the remote control can be realized. Industrial controlling cannot be achieved.

    Seventhly, industrial monitor supporting fanless architecture

Industrial liquid crystal displays are designed with non-mechanical exhaust fans to keep air flowing and dissipating heat, thus avoiding noise problems caused by mechanical exhaust fans. When the internal temperature rises for unknown reasons, the monitor automatically controls the backlight system to keep the temperature at a lower level than the maximum operating temperature.

On the contrary, ordinary liquid crystal displays are not strictly required like industrial monitor, due to its application environment.
