First, the method for what have damaged during transportation

1. To ensure that the industrial monitor you received are well-packed and non-damaged, please open the parcel to inspect the industrial monitor in the presence of the delivery 

person.

2. If the goods you received are damaged due to improper transportation, you have the right to ask the transportation company to file a claim. Or keep the goods, packaging 

materials and contact our after-sales team in time.

Second, the storage of the industrial monitor.

     If for some reason the industrial monitor needs to be stored for a long time (such as several years), we recommend the following methods:

     1. Put the goods into a polyethylene pocket (preferably with anti-static coating) and seal the mouth

     2. Place industrial monitor in darkroom  to avoid strong light

     3. It is forbidden to put any objects on the surface of industrial display

     4. Strictly avoid storing monitors in environments where exceeding extreme temperature and humidity conditions
